InterTopsPoker Super Poker Event of Europe 2012

‘Super 2012′ is estimated to be Europe’s largest ever poker tournament with 4,000 poker players all sitting down at once to play for the estimated prize-pool of €1.2 million and Intertops will take you there!

The Event

The first portion of Super 2012 is played from February 25th – 26th at the newly opened Citywest International Conference and Events Center at Citywest Hotel in Dublin, Ireland. The final day of the event is held on March 31st when the final 8 players will be flown to a secure location to take on the final table as the action is streamed live on the Internet.

Satellites

Intertops provides an array of daily satellites which you can find by visiting the Events Tab within ‘Tournaments’ on the Intertops Poker software. Satellites start on November 1st and end on February 12th. Finals will take place once a month on the following dates:
November 20th, December 11th, January 15th, February 12th

Terms and Conditions:

• All players must be at least 18 years of age in order to play in the Super Poker Event of Europe 2012 qualifiers and the main event. All players shall be required to produce proof of age (passport or other valid picture ID) before play in the main event.
• Employees and immediate family members of employees of Intertops.eu, the Cake Poker Network and its associated companies are not eligible to take part in the Promotion.
• Intertops.eu reserves the right to alter, modify or terminate the Promotion and/or these Terms at any time, without notice (written or verbal) where it is reasonable to do so or for reasons beyond their control. Intertops.com does not accept any responsibility or liability for any late or undelivered entries or registrations, notifications or communications or for any form of technical failure, error, malfunction or difficultly or for any other event beyond its reasonable control that may cause the operation of the Promotion to be disrupted, unavailable or incorrect.
• Players participating in Super Poker Event of Europe 2012 qualifiers on Intertops.eu agree to the terms and conditions of the Intertops Poker Player Agreement.
• Winning Players on Intertops.eu must agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Super Poker Event of Europe 2012 in order to be eligible for a prize.
• If the prize pool for a Super Poker Event 2012 Final tournament does not reach the amount equal to the value of the final prize package of $1,000, no prize package will be awarded and the prize pool will be paid out as per our standard tournament payment structure.
• Winning players are responsible for their own registration in the Super Poker Event of Europe 2012 main event (€300 +€40 value) playing February 25th – 26th Citywest International Conference and Events Center at Citywest Hotel.
• Winners will receive $1,000 USD cash deposited to their Intertops Player Account to cover the cost of the Main Event buy-in and to help with travel and accommodation expenses. Players are responsible for their own airfare, and air travel and accommodation arrangements.
• Intertops.eu is not responsible for fluctuations in USD to EUR currency exchange rates.
• A valid credit card will be required to be provided by the Player upon check in for any incidental charges.
• If a Player wishes to bring a guest(s), travel and accommodation costs for their guest(s) are the responsibility of the Player.
• Players may not transfer, sell or award their Intertops Super Poker Event 2012 prize package to anyone else.
• If a winning Player is unable to attend the event they may elect in writing to redeem the value of the prize package ($1,000 USD) by way of a deposit of this sum to their player account.
• By participating in a Intertops Super Poker Event 2012 qualifying tournament, participants grant Intertops.eu the right to use the players name and likeness for future promotional purposes without further compensation.
• Players who qualify for the Super Poker Event 2012 on Intertops.eu agree to wear approved Intertops Poker apparel for the duration of the event when permitted to do so by the tournament rules. Apparel will be supplied by Intertops.eu before the commencement of the tournament.
• Players understand that the Super Poker Event 2012 organizers, the Host Hotel and international broadcasters will require them to sign an agreement or waiver to participate in the event that may include permission to film and broadcast. Intertops.eu shall owe no compensation to any player should they not wish to enter into any such third party agreement.
• Intertops.eu Management decisions are final on all matters related to the Promotion or the awarding of prizes.
