New Updated Statement From FullTilt Poker
Full Tilt Poker players have still not received payments for monies owed since the “Black Friday” arrest and seizures and concerns over whether they ever will are running rampant on popular gambling forums including the 2+2 forum where Full Tilt Poker Representative “FTPDoug” recently answered some player questions.
Official Statement from Full Tilt Poker -
Since April 15th, Full Tilt has faced many challenges and obstacles trying to ensure the smooth operation of its international business and returning US players their funds. Work has been tireless in these issues and significant progress is being made on both fronts. FTP’s international front is returning to normal and our focus in now on the safe and orderly return of US player’s deposits. We apologize for the long delay in information available to players and the time that it has taken to work through some issues. We are committed to making sure all US players receive their funds as soon as possible, we will update all players when more specific information is available.
Players have been asking what will happen to your FTP “points”? We have decided to reopen our FTP Store to US players again! All details have not been worked out as of yet but this is how you will be able to use any leftover points. We expect to have all merchandise available for US players purchase except for bonuses, or tickets. We will update when the store will be expected to reopen.
Where are we in terms of reconciling US player accounts?
All promotions have been paid out. This includes the Take 2 Tournament Leaderboards, Cash Back and Ftops Satellite Challenge payments.
Ticket conversions have been started but this process is slow and will continue through next week.
Rakeback that are pending should be paid next week but only after all store purchases have been refunded
All Iron Man Medals have been distributed for April.
These are some of players concerns and questions that Full Tilt Poker has answered but the main questions about players cash refunds have still been left unanswered with little new information.
