Can Full Tilt Poker Pay Back The Money To The Players They Owe?
All may not be as it seems at Full Tilt poker who have been saying since Black Friday that all player monies are safe and sound and that things in international countries are good to go, but yet their payment of prize money to a poker tournament was a no-show this past week. A company that has been holding poker tournaments since 1999, stopped filming their TV event mid way through the tournament last week because prize money that sponsors Full Tilt poker was supposed to wire over did not arrive. This poker tournament included many celebrity and well-known poker players including Victoria Coren and Full Tilt professionals like Erick Lindgren.
The Tournament was to be held with 10 feature games and six players each which pledged $20,000 each making the prize pool worth $120,000. However half way through the tourney it was found that the Full Tilt players money had not been wired over and the player prize pool was not for the full amount which made the events founders cancel the tourney. This event has brought into the question whether or not Full Tilt poker can actually pay back its players the money they are owed. A spokesman from Full Tilt poker said unfortunately there remains significant practical and legal impediments to returning players funds in the immediate future. Full Tilt poker has no accounting of the millions of dollars of player funds that the U.S. federal government seized.

Full Tilt, Ultimate Bet, and Absolute Poker all owe me money and a lot of it. When I e-mail them they all respond with this generic BS e-mail that says they are working with US attorney’s to get American players paid. I fear that I will never see my money. Its very suspicious especially since I was able to get paid by Poker Stars with no problems, they sent me a check in the mail. Poker and gambling is all about reputation, and these three poker sites just flushed theirs down the toilet. Unless American players get paid soon these Poker sites may as well shut down now, I don’t see any respectable poker player in any country wanting to play with a site that sh!ts on its players the way these 3 have.
What can we say,its totaly unreal whats going,we hope you get your money soon.gl m8
