Ali Tekintamgac demand € 1.5 million of Partouche casino group
The final table of the Partouche Poker Tour in Cannes had a dramatic end when German Ali Tekintamgac was disqualified shortly before the first card was dealt. Organisers accused Tekintamgac to have cheated through false bloggers / journalists who lurked the opponents cards and signaled them on.
According to organizers, they had evidence from the shooting earlier in the tournament.
The case was handed over to French police, but did not have indicted him.
Thats why Ali Tekintamgac now sues Partouche Poker Tour, for € 1.5 million. The tournament had a first prize of € 1.3 million and there is Tekintamgac an additional fine of € 200,000 for defamation and for having ruined his name.
Although Ali Tekintamgac neither is convicted or indicted, his reputation frayed.
Even during EPT Tallinn, there was suspicion of impure trot at the German and the so-called blogger team from the now defunct website: pokerb00m.eu.
Even after Tekintamgacs victory last year in the WPT Barcelona there were wrinkled brows. In the video below about 24 seconds to a blogger in gray T-shirt supposedly look short and convey them to Tekintamgac.
In January it was crazy again with the German, who was again accused of cheating. During the Holland Casino Dom Classics in Utrecht played K. KARABULUT (which is supposed to have signaled to Tekintamgac under Partouche Poker Tour), while Ali Tekintamgac stood on rails.
Dutch Pieter de Korver recognized the two and was simultaneously suspicious of what a third man – a German blogger – made for a smaller Dutch tournament, which usually was covered by local media.
Cheating or coincidence? (Look from about 0.24 to 0.35 seconds)
